Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Cezar always wanted to do everything. The amazing part is: he planned so carefully, and had so much energy, he could actually do it. All this while being a Captain in the navy, and with a bright smile on his face. Cezar learned quickly that keeping together was the best thing they could do, and soon after the day they could only describe as an apocalypse, 55Unity was born.
