Steve is not a spy. At least he says so and justifies it claiming he has no affiliation to any government so he cannot possibly be a spy. Since there aren’t any real governments left, he is telling the truth, but still… If there’s anyone who looks and talks like a spy, that’s Steve. He just knows too much.
